Background:
Shortly before Christmas, we received so many orders that we had to significantly increase our delivery time. As a result, many customers were unable to purchase a string art picture.

We would like to apologize to these customers and therefore offer the option of giving them a gift voucher.

The vouchers can be redeemed from January 1, 2026, and are valid for three years. If a less expensive string art picture is purchased, the remaining balance can be used towards a future purchase. If a more expensive string art picture is purchased, the remaining amount can be paid.
